According to the Notice of Fuzhou Housing Security and Real Estate Management Bureau on Optimizing and Adjusting the Pilot Work of Precast Decoration (Rongjianzhu [2024] No.
56), the relevant information of the Fuzhou Precast Decoration Pilot Project evaluated by the Municipal Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau from January to June 2026 is hereby announced (see attachment for details).
The evaluation conclusion serves as the basis for the performance of all parties involved in the construction project and the enjoyment of relevant policies.
