Recently, six departments including the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau of Xiangtan City jointly issued the “Regulations on the Management of Main Implementation Links of Precast Buildings in Xiangtan City”.
The regulations aim to standardize the management of precast building projects, optimize the workflow and operational mechanisms of various stages of basic construction procedures, including project initiation, land transfer (allocation), planning scheme approval, design, bidding, precast component production, transportation, construction, and acceptance.
