The warehousing process of professional talents of the Association (I) professional talents can be reported by individuals or recommended by enterprises, experts or the Secretariat of the Association; (2) After receiving the application form, the association will conduct preliminary qualification examination and submit it to the president’s office meeting for approval in batches; (3) The professionals who have passed the audit shall be warehoused after payment; (4) The warehousing personnel shall be issued with Sichuan precast building professional talent level certificate by the association.

The general rules for the implementation of the precast building professional talent pool gather the strength of the province’s precast building professionals, systematically promote the construction of the province’s precast building talent team, unify and standardize the management of the province’s precast building professionals, improve the professional ability of professionals, promote the development of professionals, actively do a good job in talent management and services, clarify the rights and obligations of professionals, and ensure the service quality of the professional talent pool.
