In the main pilot areas, tax incentives, floor area ratio incentives, financial subsidies and other supporting policies have been given, which has promoted the annual composite growth rate of precast new construction during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period to 54%.

According to the statistics of Xincai.com, at present, many provinces and cities across the country, such as Fujian, Anhui, Hebei and Tianjin, have taken precast buildings as the key development plan of the “Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”.

It is based on such advantages that the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other cities have taken the development of precast buildings as the key planning of the “Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”.

However, precast buildings have been plagued by costs, and the high cost of PC components is an important reason.
