The construction unit shall submit the relevant materials for the evaluation of precast buildings to the office of the special committee for registration and filing for future reference.

Article 6 The precast buildings shall be organized and implemented according to the following evaluation procedures and requirements: (1) pre-evaluation at the design stage.

The Taizhou Precast Building Evaluation Form (Evaluation at Completion Stage) (see Annex 2 for details) shall be submitted to the local construction authority where the project is located.

Article 3 The evaluation of precast buildings shall follow the principles of science, openness, fairness and impartiality.

For projects involving policy incentives, experts shall be organized to review, and the review procedure is the same as that of the design stage.

When applying for the review of construction drawings, the construction unit shall submit not only the design documents of construction drawings, but also the Evaluation Form of Taizhou Precast Buildings (Pre-evaluation at the design stage), the evaluation opinions of precast buildings and the technical scheme of precast buildings.

At the completion acceptance stage of the project, the construction unit shall organize the participating units of the project to calculate the assembly rate according to the construction drawing design documents, image records and relevant completion acceptance data, and complete the evaluation at the completion stage of the precast building.

The Office of Taizhou Construction Industrialization Expert Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Special Committee Office”) selects at least 3 experts from the Taizhou Construction Industry Expert Database (construction industrialization) to form an expert review team, and the construction unit assists in organizing the review meeting.

Article 8 For precast buildings that have passed the pre-evaluation at the design stage, the local construction engineering quality supervision organization of the project shall strengthen the supervision and inspection of whether each responsible subject of the precast building project complies with the construction drawing design documents, and the project quality supervision report shall include the implementation of the precast building project.

For public buildings with a total aboveground floor area of less than 5000 square meters, the construction unit may not organize expert review after submitting supporting materials and making a commitment to the authenticity of the precast building technical scheme and the assembly rate calculation.

After the technical scheme of precast building of the project is determined, the construction unit shall provide the Taizhou Precast Building Evaluation Form (Pre-evaluation at the design stage) (see Annex 1 for details).
