Anju nanxinyuan project successfully undertook the 2022 precast building site quality observation meeting in Nanshan District

The project covers a total area of about 8058.91 square meters and a total construction area of about 77835.42 square meters.

In combination with the application of CSCEC smart building platform and around the characteristics of precast buildings, the commentators introduced the application of precast buildings +bim, BIM cost management and smart construction site to the visitors.

Led by the on-site commentators, the observation group visited the mobile data center model exhibition area, PC component exhibition area, steel bar binding robot and point cloud scanning robot exhibition area, electromechanical structure model exhibition area, masonry model exhibition area and plastic template exhibition area, and went into the building of Anju nanxinyuan project for on-site observation of the standard floor, to learn more about the practical application of cast, electromechanical structure and other technologies in the project construction process.

In order to vigorously promote the high-quality development of precast buildings in Nanshan District and improve the professional ability of precast building practitioners, on May 30, the on-site quality observation meeting of precast buildings hosted by Shenzhen Nanshan District Housing and Construction Bureau and organized by South China company was held in our Anju nanxinyuan project.

This quality observation activity was highly praised by the observation group and achieved a complete success.

It can automatically scan the external dimensions of the area, quickly and accurately calculate various indicators of the house through the intelligent point cloud algorithm, generate a construction deviation report, and provide data basis for the construction quality report.

The observation group also learned about the on-site operation of the point cloud scanning robot.

After completion, 768 talent houses can be provided.
