Production capacity information release of cast building parts from January to June 2022

From January to June 2022, concrete structural components are listed in the production scheduling plan, about 1069000 cubic meters, and the spare capacity is about 1373700 cubic meters.
At the same time, in order to avoid information asymmetry between suppliers and purchasers and promote the stable connection between supply and demand, the municipal building energy-saving building materials management center strengthened market information monitoring through multiple channels, regularly collected and released the information of design capacity, production scheduling plan and spare capacity of component production enterprises, and timely released it to the society.
In order to ensure the supply of parts of precast construction projects in the city, Beijing building energy conservation and building materials management center (hereinafter referred to as “Beijing building energy conservation and building materials management center”) actively uses market means to guide the rational distribution of production capacity.
Next, the municipal building energy-saving building materials management center will continue to do a good job in the policy service and management of the use of components of precast construction projects, strengthen the guidance of supply and demand, and make every effort to do a good job in the coordination and guarantee of the supply of components of precast construction projects.
In 2021, the city’s precast construction projects purchased and used a total of 1.698 million cubic meters of precast concrete structural parts, with a year-on-year increase of 28.9%.

Production capacity information of precast building parts from January to June 2022 up to now, more than 30 manufacturers of precast concrete structural parts have been put into operation in the city and surrounding areas, with more than 43 production bases, with a total design annual production capacity of 4.606 million cubic meters, of which the design production capacity of the city accounts for 21.3% and that outside Beijing accounts for 78.7%.
The production capacity is expected to exceed 40%.
The market is generally prosperous in both supply and demand.
