In order to implement the “Implementation Opinions of the General Office of the People’s Government of Fujian Province on Vigorously Developing Prefabricated Buildings” (Minzhengban [2017] No.
59) and promote the use of various components of prefabricated buildings, the Provincial Department has issued the “Notice on Vigorously Promoting Industrialized Construction of Municipal Engineering” (Minjianzhu [2023] No.
9) and the “Evaluation Standards for Prefabricated Municipal Engineering in Fujian Province” (DBJ/T 13-453-2024), supporting the adoption of industrialized construction methods in municipal engineering.
In order to facilitate the strengthening of the management of prefabricated municipal engineering in various regions and clarify the basis for the recognition of prefabricated municipal engineering, the relevant matters regarding the evaluation and management of prefabricated municipal engineering are hereby notified as follows:.
