The Shenzhen Graduate School of Tsinghua University under construction is the first industrial PC project of public buildings in Shenzhen, and has undertaken the precast EPC projects such as Shanghai Gucun Foreign Language School.
Baoye has built precast building production bases in Shanghai, Nanjing, Zhengzhou and other places, with a factory area of more than 300000 square meters, forming a strong production capacity of precast building components.
Up to now, the total construction area of precast buildings contracted by Shanghai Baoye is more than 1 million square meters, with an average prefabrication rate of more than 30%.
All adopt BIM and assembly technology, and the PC assembly rate is not less than 30% of the total building area.

Shibei High-tech Service Industry Park Project The total construction area of the project is 126000 square meters, including 6 17-storey high-rise buildings, 17 stacked multi-storey buildings and underground garage, with a prefabrication rate of 40%.
It has a total construction area of 51485.43 square meters and a height of 96 meters.
It has more unique technical advantages in the construction of steel structures and industrial modules.
Shanghai Baoye undertook the steel structure residential project of Dujiangyan Happy Home in 2009, established the BIM Center in 2012, and the precast residential project of Shanghai Luodian Daju C10 block in 2012, which won the Magnolia Award of Shanghai Construction Engineering.
According to the idea of “factory lean manufacturing, modular rapid construction, information collaborative management, and customized value-added services”, it has innovatively practiced precast building technology, established a new building industrialization system with Baoye’s characteristics, and formed a precast building technology capability with high technology integration, high professional collaboration, and advanced product technology.
The total construction area of the project in Plot A3-04 of Qilian Community in Baoshan, Shanghai is 43548.55 square meters, mainly including three 18-storey houses and one 11-storey house, a four-storey supporting public building, guard room and an underground garage.
It is the first industrial PC project of public buildings in Shenzhen.
